April 27th!!
Studying :(
Don't be surprised with the lack of our updates in the next 10 days. Our finals for university are coming up and it has been taking over our life!! Countdown till it's over!!
Chanel Copies?
Should we say "Chanel Copies" or "Inspired by Chanel"
Clearly we have all seen the heat of Chanel bags. The big waiting lists at the retail Chanel locations, and the ever coming trend of Hollywood stars wearing a Chanel bag.
However, I don't know how I feel about the Chanel "lookalikes". Even though these aren't copies (since they do not try to dupilicate the Chanel logo or they would be thrown into jail) they completley take the idea off the original pieces.

Getting this Blog Going!
To be honest, we are finding it a huge obstacle to get this blog going! Wish we could promote other blogs and other blogs could do this for us.

Banana Republic- Enough for Prom?
Since many of us like to splurge on the dress, the shoes and the getting ready portion of the prom, a place to cut down our expenses is accessories.
Ideally it would be great to just pick something out of our jewellery box that goes with our dress.
If not, there are large number of cheap finds, that address this year's trend of layering necklaces.
Check out the following Banana Republic Necklace:
Price: ~$34
Our thoughts:
If you dress is already very active and busy, go for something simple like this necklace. This will draw away attention from your neckline and instead put the attention on your face and your dress.
Just imagine, this night happens once in your lifetime. Do you really want to stand out or not?
